This is primarily a measuring position , ensuring every custom product is manufactured accurately after a Sales Representative has completed the sale. Service work is secondary and consists primarily of warranty items and minor product adjustments. If you have 2+ years of residential window installation or measuring experience , we'd love to meet you. Whether you've worked with Andersen, Renewal by Andersen, Pella, Wallside, Weathergard, Marvin, JELD-WEN, ProVia, Simonton, or other replacement window manufacturers , your experience translates well into this opportunity. What You'll Do The majority of your day will involve visiting homeowners after a project has been sold to collect precise field measurements used for manufacturing custom home improvement products. Primary Responsibilities (80%) Verify final field measurements for replacement windows Measure custom bath and shower projects Measure additional residential home improvement products as needed Review sold projects to ensure all specifications are accurate before production Identify and document any installation challenges before manufacturing begins Record measurements, photos, and notes using a company-issued iPad Communicate with homeowners regarding the measuring process and project expectations Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to ensure every project is installation-ready Secondary Responsibilities (20%) Perform residential warranty service appointments Replace window sashes, balances, locks, weatherstripping, and hardware Complete minor window adjustments and repairs Recaulk windows and exterior penetrations when needed Troubleshoot residential window performance concerns Complete service documentation and warranty reports Qualifications Required ✔ 2+ years of residential window installation, window measuring, or replacement window experience ✔ Experience accurately measuring replacement windows for manufacturing or installation ✔ Knowledge of residential construction and installation practices ✔ Comfortable using technology including iPads and mobile applications ✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record #HansonsHP
