You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. We Invest in YOU. Our factory direct process makes us the easy choice for the consumer, and we create a team that can execute the finished product into their homes. We'll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you'll bring: Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction - or a hunger to learn! Reliable work vehicle (truck, van, hybrid, etc) Necessary tools Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to accurately read a tape measure Valid Driver's License Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to receive work orders and update our CRM Day to Day Operations In this role, you can expect to: Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, and load vehicle Drive to customers home, greet and establish rapport Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area Install new bathtub/shower base and solid surface wall surround, update plumbing as needed Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer's home by properly cleaning up following installation Obtain necessary signed documents & payment from customer, and return to documents to Project Manager. Walk customers through finished project and get signed completion certificate Basic Qualifications Previous successful experience in basic plumbing and remodeling experience We will train the right candidate if they have a strong work ethic and a great attitude Familiarity with building supplies and industry background. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation (when needed) Additional Skills/Preferences Ability to handle physical workload. Ability to work well in teams. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
