What You'll Do Lead residential window and door installation projects from start to finish Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the installation process Direct and mentor installation crew members on the jobsite Review project specifications, measurements, and materials before work begins Install replacement windows and doors to Renewal by Andersen quality standards Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain high-quality workmanship Deliver a best-in-class customer experience from arrival to final walkthrough What We're Looking For 5+ years of window, door, remodeling, or residential construction experience Experience leading crews or managing residential jobsites Strong finish carpentry and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Metal brake experience preferred Experience with replacement windows strongly preferred Why Installers Choose Renewal by Andersen ✅ Year-Round Work
