We are currently hiring permanent lighting installers for Wally's due to high demand and a high volume amount of booked jobs, we are going to need some more techs! $1,000 to $2,000 per week pay (Depending on schedule) Paid training Weekly pay every Friday Flexible schedules Equipment provided Clear pay advancement path (Fast and transparent road map) What are permanent lights? Permanent lights is a lighting system we install under homes on their soffits, this includes cutting, mounting and wire routing on the exterior of their home. You can control the lights from your phone and they last 30+ years. Why is this job awesome? You know how much money you are making before you do the job every day, we pay per foot so all of our installers make an average of $35-47 an hour depending on their skill sets. Our culture is great, we only hire guys we would see at the gym, have a drink with and can hangout with after work. The work is super straight forward and you get to work on different houses every day. You get to choose the days you work! You want Saturdays off? Not a problem, just communicate. What experience do you need? Construction experience is needed, the skill sets you will be tested on will include cutting with a saw, siding removal, ladder confidence, strong attention to detail and the most important: customer service skills and common sense.
