Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Windows and doors installers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors across various residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help ensure that each installation meets quality standards, adheres to blueprints and technical specifications, and enhances the overall safety and aesthetic of our clients' properties. Responsibilities Measure openings precisely using tape measures and interpret dimensional measurements to ensure proper fit of windows and doors Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans to execute installations accurately Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely to remove old fixtures and install new windows and doors Manage building material installation including gutter systems, fixtures, cabinets, tiles, plastering, and other related components Conduct construction inspection to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of installation Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades to coordinate work seamlessly Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on the construction site Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and construction site safety practices Strong knowledge of building material installation including windows, doors, gutters, fixtures, cabinets, tile masonry, plastering, and remodeling techniques Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise installation Experience with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review is advantageous Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to window/door installations enhances versatility Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during project completion Construction site experience with a focus on following safety guidelines and quality standards Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship in construction!
