In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tint films to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances vehicle aesthetics, privacy, and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards and efficient workflow. Duties Measure and cut window tint films accurately to fit various vehicle windows, ensuring precise application. Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to prevent contamination during installation. Apply window tint films smoothly and securely, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections for a flawless appearance. Use hand tools and power tools safely to trim excess film and ensure tight adhesion around edges and contours. Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed to meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials and tools. Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous dealership experience or automotive service background preferred. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus. Hands-on experience with window tinting, auto glass, or auto body repair strongly preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and auto repair enhances your effectiveness in this role. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques required for precise installation tasks. Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts or materials safely during the installation process. Knowledge of auto estimating processes is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
