Job Description
Marine Window Tint & PPF Installer We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our growing marine protection company specializing in premium boat window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and surface protection services. No previous marine tint or PPF experience is required for the right candidate. We will provide hands-on training. Responsibilities Install window tint on boats and marine vessels Assist with Paint Protection Film (PPF) installations Clean and prepare surfaces for installation Work at marinas, dealerships, and customer docks Maintain a professional appearance and customer service attitude Follow installation procedures and quality standards Lift and move equipment as needed Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in Missouri weather Ability to work on ladders and around boats Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in window tinting, detailing, vinyl wrap, or marine service is a plus but not required Compensation Pay depending on experience Paid training Advancement opportunities into Lead Installer position What We Offer Opportunity to learn a specialized trade Growing company with long-term career potential Flexible scheduling options available Full time benefits including health insurance, 401k, life insurance
