Raymond Glass Company in Raymond, MS, established in 2001, is growing and expanding. We need men and women who are eager to learn our trade and we will teach you all about the glazing industry. All we need from you is your willingness to learn and your eagerness to get started and build with us.

Responsibilities:

1)Responsible for keeping your area and truck clean at all times. 2)Responsible for working to maximum efficiency. 3)Responsible for working together with our Project Manager as well as other Field technicians to deliver and install a clean and well prepped installation.

Requirements:

Education:

1) Minimum required: HSD/GED Things you should be able to do: We will train you but you should be able to read a tape, be good at math especially with decimals and fractions, Follow orders with few questions, always be working/never have idle hands, be polite to co-workers and customers, especially if you dont like them, cut glass, install glass, caulk, run rubber, fabricate storefront and/or curtain wall aluminum frames, own and use a smart phone, be able to email and text, get to work without assistance and consistently be on time, rarely get sick, lift large dangerous objects (glass/metal/etc) safely and often. Be a team player. Summary Glazier/Installer performs precise glass installation and related fabrication tasks, supporting construction projects from measurement through final fit. You will interpret blueprints, handle glass materials, and install windows and fixtures while maintaining safety and quality standards. Reports to a site supervisor or project lead and collaborates with carpenters and maintenance teams. Core skills in blueprint reading, window installation, and dimensional measurement are essential, with premium skills in construction estimating enhancing project planning and cost awareness. This role requires physical stamina, problem-solving, and adherence to site protocols.
