Job Description
Glass Installer / Glazier - Full-Time | Charlotte, NC • $22-$32/hr (based on experience) Residential glass installation experience is required to apply. We're not a giant chain — we're a tight-knit team that takes pride in every install. If you're skilled, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Install, repair, and replace glass in residential and commercial settings — shower enclosures, windows, doors, mirrors, storefronts, and custom pieces Measure and cut glass accurately to fit specifications Prep openings and frames as needed, including basic carpentry work Read and follow blueprints and work orders Ensure every job meets safety standards and building codes Keep your worksite, vehicle, and tools clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers regarding timelines, care instructions, and job updates What You Bring Proven experience in glass handling, fabrication, and installation — this is a hard requirement Confidence with tools: tape measure, glass cutters, power tools, laser levels Ability to lift 75 lbs and be on your feet throughout the workday Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude Clear communication skills with both your team and clients Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean background check Willingness to mentor and teach trade skills to others Basic carpentry experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience benefits available based on employee needs Bonus opportunities + overtime pay PTO and paid holidays All tools provided — zero out-of-pocket cost to you A team that genuinely values your skills and your future
