This role involves leading installation projects, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and company practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction and carpentry skills, with a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Lead and coordinate window and door installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols. Perform window installations using hand tools, lifts, scaffolding, and other equipment as required. Inspect completed work throughout the installation process to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper functionality. Maintain a focus on installation quality and workmanship, including alignment, reveals, levelness, plumbness, operation, sealant application, flashing, trim work, hardware installation, and overall finished appearance. Supervise team members to ensure they follow best practices and manufacturer requirements during installations. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to coordinate tasks and resolve issues promptly. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition; manage inventory of necessary materials for each project. Requirements Proven experience in window installation with a strong background in construction and carpentry. Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in window and door installation. Experience working with lifts, scaffolding, or similar equipment for elevated or complex installations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect work thoroughly for quality assurance. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of manufacturer requirements, industry standards, and best practices for window and door installation. Excellent problem-solving skills to address installation challenges efficiently. Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
