Job Description

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, seeks experienced 1099 Window Installers to complete high-quality residential window projects. As a subcontract installer, you'll remove and replace windows, ensure proper fit, flashing, insulation, and sealing, and deliver clean, professional results in occupied homes. You'll interpret work orders, follow safety and building codes, and protect customer property. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused tradespeople who manage their own tools, transportation, and schedule while representing Renuity's standards on every job. Responsibilities Remove and install residential windows according to specifications and building codes. Measure openings, verify orders, and ensure proper fit, flashing, insulation, and sealing. Maintain clean, safe jobsites and protect homeowner property during installations. Read and follow work orders, plans, and manufacturer installation guidelines. Use hand and power tools safely and maintain required tools and equipment. Communicate professionally with homeowners and Renuity staff about project status. Identify and resolve installation issues, defects, or site conditions impacting work. Comply with safety regulations, company standards, and local code requirements.
