Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Covering Installer and bring style, comfort, and functionality to homes and commercial spaces! In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of window coverings—including blinds, shades, and draperies—ensuring each project is completed with precision and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with building materials and construction techniques in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Install window coverings securely following blueprint specifications and manufacturer instructions Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely to complete installations efficiently Conduct site inspections to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality of installed window coverings Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper ladder use and equipment handling Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring job sites are safe and tidy Experience Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following detailed construction plans Hands-on experience with various hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation related to installation tasks Background in related trades such as carpentry, drywall installation, tile masonry, or roofing enhances your versatility Join us to craft beautiful spaces while honing your skills in construction techniques!
