Responsibilities Assist in measuring, cutting, fabricating, and installing windows, glass panels, doors, and related fixtures according to construction plans and schematics. Handle glass materials carefully during transportation, storage, and installation to prevent damage. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform precise installations and adjustments. Read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to interpret project requirements accurately. Perform quality control checks by taking dimensional measurements to ensure proper fit and finish. Support the assembly of window frames, metal studs, drywall, trim carpentry, and fixture installations as needed. Participate in heavy lifting tasks and construction site activities while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Skills Construction estimating experience for project planning and resource management Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, caulking guns, and measuring tapes Knowledge of window installation techniques including glass materials handling and glass installation processes Experience with door hanging, cabinet installation, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, and construction painting Strong understanding of measurement for quality control purposes, ensuring precise fitment Familiarity with fabrication or manufacturing processes related to glass or fixture components Construction site experience including remodeling projects or handyman work involving carpentry or fixture installation Ability to interpret construction plans accurately for efficient execution of tasks Heavy lifting capability combined with safety awareness during all phases of installation This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their construction expertise in a fast-paced environment.
