00 per hour Background / Drug Screen Background Check Required Drug Screen Required (THC Excluded) We are hiring Glass Cutters / Production Associates for our manufacturing team. Previous glass industry experience is not required — we will provide training. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable using hand and power tools, have good attention to detail, and are interested in learning glass cutting and production equipment. Candidates with experience as a Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Machine Operator, Production Worker, General Laborer, Fabrication Associate, Shop Helper, Construction Laborer, Warehouse Associate, or Material Handler are encouraged to apply. Hand and power tool experience from manufacturing, construction, fabrication, automotive, woodworking, or similar hands-on environments can transfer well to this position. Responsibilities Learn to operate computer-controlled glass cutting tables Select and prepare customer orders for production Optimize cutting layouts to maximize glass usage and reduce material waste Break out scored glass of various thicknesses Move and prepare glass stock for cutting Load glass materials onto appropriate racks and equipment Learn to identify different types of glass products Use hand and power tools as required Maintain accuracy throughout the cutting and production process Handle materials carefully to prevent damage Maintain a clean and organized production area Follow established manufacturing and safety procedures Requirements No previous glass cutting experience required Hand and/or power tool experience Willingness to learn glass cutting equipment and manufacturing processes Comfortable performing hands-on production work Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to accurately identify and handle different materials after training Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively as part of a production team Manufacturing, production, construction, fabrication, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus If you have hand or power tool experience and are interested in learning a skilled manufacturing trade, we encourage you to apply.
