Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of various window treatments, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and maintenance person services, with the ability to read blueprints and fabricate components as needed. Responsibilities Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, drapes, and shutters. Read and interpret blueprints to determine installation requirements. Fabricate custom components when necessary to ensure a perfect fit Utilize power tools safely and effectively during installations Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the installation process. Requirements Proven experience in construction or maintenance person services is preferred. Strong skills in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques. Familiarity with construction painting, drywall work, caulking, and frame carpentry. Proficient in using power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues on-site. Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
