Overview We are seeking experienced Window Tint Installers to join our dynamic team in. Duties Install window tinting films on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs, ensuring precise fit and finish. Perform automotive glass replacement and repair, including handling heavy glass materials safely and efficiently. Conduct manual glass cutting and fitting to achieve seamless installations tailored to specific vehicle models. Operate power tools and hand tools with safety and precision during all phases of tinting and glass work. Manage vehicle maintenance tasks related to company vehicles used for service calls, including basic mechanical checks. Handle glass materials carefully, ensuring proper storage, transportation, and disposal in compliance with safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Requirements Proven experience in auto glass installation, automotive repair, or dealership environments with a strong focus on tinting or glass work. Familiarity with automotive glass repair, replacement procedures, and fitting techniques. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and auto body repair is highly desirable. Ability to operate power tools safely, including cutting tools, sanders, and applicator devices. Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration or installation is a plus. Strong hand-eye coordination with attention to detail for precise tinting and glass fitting. Physical ability to lift heavy glass panels safely and perform repetitive tasks over extended periods. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude; ability to communicate clearly with clients.
