Role:
Builders Tech NM is a growing construction and development firm. We are looking for an experienced commercial glazier capable of handling high-end installations. You will be responsible for the precision, safety, and finish of our commercial glass assets, ensuring airtight and code-compliant installations.
Core Responsibilities:
Commercial Glass:
Expertly install, replace, and repair glass in commercial applications, including storefronts, curtain walls, and heavy plate glass.
Systems Proficiency:
Utilize a working knowledge of framing systems, including thermally broken aluminum and commercial entry door hardware.
Field Precision:
Perform precise site measurements, layout work, and fabrication.
Project Oversight:
Manage the full lifecycle of tasks, from picking up materials at the supply house to final cleanup and project sign-off.
Documentation:
Use your smartphone to take photos and videos of completed work to verify installation quality and project status.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of professional commercial glazing experience. Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and glazing schedules. Must have your own basic hand tools for glazing.
