Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install window tint on a variety of vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and is committed to delivering excellent results. Responsibilities Install window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles with precision and attention to detail Clean and prepare vehicle windows before installation Measure, cut, and apply tint film to fit different vehicle models Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Deliver professional customer service and represent the company positively Qualifications & Preferred Skills Minimum 1.5-2 years of professional window tinting experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Reliable and maintains consistent attendance Honest, dependable, and trustworthy Friendly, professional attitude and able to work well with customers and team members Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new techniques and vehicle types Comfortable working on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles Able to work efficiently during high-volume work periods Maintain a drug-free workplace Must be at least 17+ years old Pay Structure This is a performance-based position. Pay varies depending on the number and type of vehicles completed.
