Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window and Door Installation Helper, where you'll play a vital role in bringing quality craftsmanship to life! This energetic position offers the opportunity to work alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced construction environment. You'll assist with the installation of windows and doors, ensuring precise measurements, proper handling of glass materials, and adherence to safety standards. If you're eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to high-quality projects, this is the perfect role for you! Duties Assist with the measurement, cutting, and fitting of window and door components according to construction plans and schematics Handle glass materials carefully during fabrication, transportation, and installation to prevent damage Support with the installation of windows and doors, including frame carpentry, door hanging, and fixture installation Use hand tools and power tools safely for assembly, caulking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing tasks Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for glass materials handling and construction site setup Requirements Prior construction site experience or hands-on experience in remodeling or handyman work is highly preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, measuring tapes, and other construction equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment Strong understanding of window installation, glass materials handling, door hanging, and fixture installation processes Knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and learning opportunities This role offers an engaging environment where your skills will grow while contributing to beautiful, functional spaces.
