At Sash and Frame , we're looking for a motivated Technician to join our growing team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in construction or related trades who's ready to expand their skills and grow with an industry-leading company. You'll work alongside experienced window and door installation professionals on a wide variety of projects—each one offering opportunities to learn, contribute, and develop your craft. Whether it's a one-day install or a two-week site build, you'll be part of a collaborative team committed to quality, craftsmanship, and design excellence. What You'll Do Assist with hands-on construction, installation, and assembly projects Collaborate with team members to deliver projects efficiently and accurately Read and follow construction plans, installation guides, and specifications Communicate clearly and proactively with project leads and team members Travel to various job sites (1 day to 2 weeks at a time) and adapt to new environments Represent Sash and Frame with professionalism, safety, and attention to detail

What We're Looking For Experience:

2+ years in construction or related trades

Communication:

Strong verbal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using hand and power tools safely

Physical Ability:

Can lift up to 70 lbs. and work in varied site conditions (outdoors, uneven terrain, tight spaces, scaffolding, etc.)

Travel:

Willing and able to travel overnight up to 16 weeks per year

License:
