Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Job Summary We are a growing glass and window repair company seeking an experienced Glazier / Window Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with window repairs, window and door replacement, glass replacement, insulated glass unit (IGU) replacement, shower door installations, and general window maintenance. We are looking for a dependable individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Responsibilities Repair residential and commercial windows Replace broken glass and insulated glass units (IGUs) Perform window "chop outs" and reglazing Repair and maintain chain-operated, wood, aluminum, and vinyl windows Install and repair shower doors and enclosures Replace mirrors and specialty glass products Install and finish new windows and doors Repair and replace doors, door glass, and hardware Diagnose window and glass-related issues and recommend solutions Safely transport, handle, and install glass products Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and work area Interact professionally with customers on job sites Qualifications Previous experience as a glazier, window mechanic, or glass installer preferred Knowledge of window repair techniques and glass replacement procedures Experience with insulated glass unit replacement Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and glazing tools safely Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift and carry heavy glass and materials Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 75 lbs Ability to work on ladders and in varying weather conditions Frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Paid holidays and vacation Company vehicle provided during work hours Opportunities for advancement Why Join Us?
