$26-$32 per hour, based on experience Job Description Room Works, Inc is seeking a skilled and reliable Window Treatment Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, drapery, and motorized solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Responsibilities Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery in residential and commercial settings. Measure windows accurately to ensure proper fit and functionality. Install and program motorized window treatments, including systems such as Somfy and Lutron. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure all installations meet company quality standards. Assist with office organization and general showroom upkeep. Open, inspect, label, and organize fabric shipments and materials. Qualifications 2+ years of experience installing window treatments, cabinetry, millwork, or similar products preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Familiarity with motorized systems is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Spanish-speaking preferred.
