Overview Join our team as a Window Treatment Installer and bring style, comfort, and functionality to homes and commercial spaces! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for installing a variety of window coverings, including blinds, shades, and draperies, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform spaces and enhance the everyday lives of our clients. Responsibilities Measure window openings accurately using tape measures and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to ensure precise installation. Install various window treatments such as blinds, shades, and curtains following detailed construction plans and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, Lifts and scaffolding safely to complete installations efficiently on residential and commercial sites. Follow blueprint specifications and construction plans meticulously to ensure proper fit and function of window coverings. Conduct site inspections to verify measurements, assess installation conditions, and troubleshoot any issues during the process. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on product selection, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to ladder use, scaffolding, and handling building materials. Qualification Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and interpreting technical drawings. Strong understanding of building codes and safety standards related to construction site work. Ability to work at heights using ladders safely and efficiently; prior ladder use experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Basic knowledge electrical systems is advantageous but not required.
