This energetic position offers hands-on experience in technical installation of window treatments and interior furnishings, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. You will ensure that all equipment is installed accurately, safely, and efficiently, contributing to the seamless operation of our clients' window treatments. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop technical skills and grow within a fast-paced environment. Duties Execute installations efficiently and meticulously. Use tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance, ensuring proper circuit functionality. Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of installation and maintenance activities. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues. Document installation procedures, ensure the site is clean of debris, tools and garbage, after every completed scope. Support team members in completing project timelines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience Basic understanding of power tools, with a willingness to learn more advanced technical skills. Familiarity with using measurement tools such as tape measures, laser measures, laser levels. Prior experience in a technical or hands-on role is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure precise installations and safety compliance. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on progress or issues encountered.
