Duties Measure, cut, and install various siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, and metal siding according to project specifications and technical drawings Install windows securely, ensuring proper sealing, caulking, and insulation for optimal performance Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to complete installations efficiently Follow construction plans meticulously while interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Adhere strictly to construction safety regulations, including the use of safety harnesses, proper ladder use, and other personal protective equipment Perform roofing repairs as needed, including single-ply membrane roofing and metal roofing applications Conduct masonry work such as stucco or concrete forming when required for restoration or remodeling projects Assist with heavy lifting tasks and ensure all work complies with construction site safety protocols Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high quality standards Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation, window fitting, roofing repair, or related trades Knowledge of construction estimating processes and reading construction plans or technical drawings Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and proper ladder techniques Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, and roofing materials such as metal roofing or single-ply membrane roofing Experience in outdoor work environments across various weather conditions Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling or installation tasks Strong understanding of caulking techniques, stucco application, tile laying, metal stud framing, or masonry work is a plus Handyman experience or remodeling background is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions clearly Valid driver's license preferred; willingness to learn new skills related to construction safety protocols Join us in creating durable exteriors that stand the test of time!
