Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Provide references of your past work. Ownership of your own truck, tools, have the ability to haul a trailer Possess OR have the ability to obtain a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate Provide Certificate insurance with the following requirements: General Liability- (in accordance to N.Y.S requirement standards) Automobile Liability
