Sub- contractors welcome to apply. If you're handy with tools, can read a tape measure with precision, and take pride in doing clean, professional work in people's homes, we want to talk to you. We supply the vehicle. We supply the tools. We train you on our products and process. You bring the skill, the work ethic, and the customer-first attitude. What You'll Do Perform accurate in-home measurements and installations of blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies Program motorized window treatments for smooth, reliable operation Keep customers and the office updated throughout the day with clear, timely communication Use a company tablet or smartphone to enter customer information and update job statuses Complete measurement paperwork on-site, accurately and thoroughly Solve problems in the field — think on your feet when a job throws you a curveball Leave every customer confident and satisfied by showing them how to use their new product before you leave Act as the link between the customer and the office, flagging any issues right away What We're Looking For Hands-on experience or working knowledge of tools — you've done this kind of work before, or you know your way around a drill, level, and tape measure Ability to read a tape measure with precision — measurements have to be right the first time Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone for data entry and communication Strong communication and people skills, with a customer-first approach Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll be driving a company vehicle) What We Provide $45,000/year starting salary — with room to grow based on performance Company vehicle — no wear and tear on your own car All tools and equipment — we set you up to do the job right Paid training — on our products, measuring standards, and installation process A supportive team with real opportunity for advancement
