Exterior Remodeling Installation Crew Windows • Siding • Sunrooms Cleveland, OH & Pittsburgh, PA | Year-Round Work Joyce Factory Direct is seeking experienced installation crews to support our growing operations in Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. Why Partner With Joyce? Piece-rate compensation

Windows:

Starting at $150+ per window

Sunrooms:

Average $10,000+ per project , with higher earnings based on project size and add-ons Large backlog of sold projects Consistent year-round work Direct deposit upon job completion Installations scheduled in advance Products staged and ready for pickup Projects fully measured and ready before reaching your schedule Dedicated production and scheduling support Experience We're Looking For Replacement window installation Vinyl siding installation Sunroom and patio enclosure installation Exterior trim and finish carpentry Residential exterior remodeling Experience in one or more of these trades is welcome. Requirements Established installation crew Own truck, trailer, and installation equipment Valid driver's license and liability insurance Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Professional communication with homeowners Ability to maintain a clean and safe jobsite
