Full Job Description Role:
Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for travel assignments.Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality patient care in MedSurg/Tele units. Monitoring patient conditions and responding to clinical needs. Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.Qualifications & Skills:
Active, unencumbered State Nursing License. Minimum of 2 years of current MedSurg/Telemetry experience. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work night shifts (12-hour shifts).Key Duties:
Delivering comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Administering medications and treatments. Monitoring patient vitals and responding to emergencies. Documenting patient information accurately.Additional Information:
