What You'll Do Install security, solar, and decorative window film on commercial and residential properties Prepare window surfaces through cleaning, measuring, and cutting film to specification Work directly alongside experienced installers to learn proper techniques and best practices Follow all safety protocols and quality standards on job sites Travel to customer locations — up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working order Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site Progress through a structured training program from trainee to lead installer Pay & Progression Level Pay Range Trainee (OJT)
