The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, pays close attention to detail, and follows safety standards while delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Repair and/or replace auto glass Remove broken, damaged, or old glass safely Read and interpret work orders Seal and secure glass using appropriate tools, adhesives, and fasteners Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate job status with supervisors Load, unload, transport, and handle glass materials safely Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred) Previous experience in glass installation Ability to lift 75+ lbs Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance available Paid time off and holidays
