We specialize in commercial glazing systems including storefront, curtain wall, entrances, and specialty glass. We take pride in quality workmanship, strong teamwork, and providing our customers with dependable service from start to finish. Glazier Helper — $16-$19/hour

Position Overview:

The Glazier Helper works alongside our Leads and Foremen to assist with the installation of curtain wall, storefront, heavy wall glass, doors, and other commercial glazing systems. We are looking for dependable individuals with a good attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow direction. Previous glazing experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.

Lead Glazier / Foreman Lead Glazier — $19-$22/hour

Position Overview:

The Lead Glazier is an experienced commercial glazier who works directly under the Foreman and helps keep installations moving safely, efficiently, and correctly. Candidates should be skilled in commercial glass installation, storefront, curtain wall, entrances, and professional caulking/sealant work. Leads should be able to work independently when needed while also helping guide Helpers in the field.

Foreman Glazing Foreman — $22-$28/hour

Position Overview:

The Glazing Foreman is responsible for running commercial glazing projects in the field and leading the installation crew. Foremen are expected to plan daily work, direct Leads and Helpers, maintain quality and safety, and make sure installations are completed correctly and efficiently. Candidates should be experienced commercial glaziers with strong leadership skills and the ability to read plans, coordinate field work, solve problems, and communicate effectively with project management and field leadership.
