Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Installer and play a vital role in transforming spaces with expertly installed windows, glass materials, and related fixtures. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety at every step. As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows, glass panels, doors, and other architectural elements with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to creating beautiful, functional environments that meet client specifications and industry standards. Duties Measure and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to determine window and glass installation requirements Handle glass materials safely during fabrication, transportation, and installation processes Use hand tools and power tools to install windows, doors, trim carpentry elements, drywall, and metal stud framing accurately Perform dimensional measurements to ensure proper fitment and quality control of installed components Install fixtures such as cabinets, door hanging systems, and other remodeling elements following schematics and construction plans Conduct caulking, construction painting, and finishing work to achieve seamless results Collaborate with team members on heavy lifting tasks and fabrication activities to ensure safety and efficiency on-site Requirements Proven construction site experience with a focus on window installation or related trades such as carpentry or drywall work Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., saws, drills), power tools (e.g., pneumatic nailers), and measuring devices for precise work Knowledge of glass materials handling, glass installation techniques, and fixture installation best practices Experience with metal stud framing, door hanging, cabinetry installation, and remodeling projects preferred Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and quality measurement standards Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely throughout the workday Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship while building a rewarding career in the construction industry.
