Description:

Residential siding job in Allentown, PA. We need an experienced installer for a full tear-off and re-side of the rear and side wall sections of a two-story home (the rest of the house is brick, not in scope) — approximately 750-800 sq ft total.

Scope of work:

Full tear-off and demo of existing T1-11 siding and underlayment Inspect exposed wall sheathing for rot, mold, or structural issues before covering it back up Install new Tyvek house wrap across all sided areas Supply and install James Hardie fiber cement lap siding (horizontal profile), color TBD Install all corner trim and J-channel Temporarily remove and reinstall existing window trim as needed to seal siding behind it (separate contractor is doing new windows on the same house — some coordination required) Full cleanup and haul-off of removed material House is a ~150-year-old build, so expect some irregular framing (no assumption of standard 16" on-center spacing). Estimated 3-4 days of work for one experienced installer. Must sign our general service agreement before starting.
