We are looking for a full-time window/door installer with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed. Primary Job Responsibilities Installation of Windows, Doors and Sunrooms Willingness to learn and apply the "Seaway Way" to installation skillset Interpersonal skills to allow for a great customer service and communications experience Team oriented focus, with a willingness to work in both a small and large group, taking direction from multiple people Qualifications Must have good communication skills Must have basic carpentry skills Must have ability to support the installation of windows and doors Must be able to pass a background check Basic understanding of the use of electrical and manual equipment required for basic carpentry (Powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.) Must be comfortable working at heights associated with residential and light commercial installations and the use of ladders Willingness to follow and enforce all company and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications Preferred Previous experience installing windows and doors Current lead certification and OSHA 10 Lead training is a requirement, but can be completed once on the job, at the cost of the company Limited ability to conduct repairs or maintenance of equipment and installations, as required Sunroom installation training/experience Willingness to learn new skills on the job Wages
