You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

Provided training and development on installation practices to maximize efficiency Be your own Boss within our Company What It Takes to Succeed At Premier Home Pros, we are detailed oriented on making our customers experience seamless. Our factory direct process makes us the easy choice for the consumer, and we create a team that can execute the finished product into their homes. We'll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you'll bring: A valid driver's license. Carry General Liability Insurance (and Workers' Compensation if applicable) Reliable work truck or trailer capable of transporting tools and materials. Plumbing experience. You will be a 1099 independent contractor. A crew available for one-day bathroom installs (if applicable) Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

The following tools and equipment:

Basic plumbing tools (wrenches, pipe cutters, augers, etc.) Basic carpentry tools (saws, drills, levels, measuring tools, etc.) Safety equipment (PPE, respirators, goggles, etc.) Not required but a plus: Walk-In Tub installation experience Electrical experience Day to Day Operations In this role, you can expect to: Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, and load vehicle Drive to customers home, greet and establish rapport Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area Install new bathtub/shower base and solid surface wall surround, update plumbing as needed Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer's home by properly cleaning up following installation Obtain necessary signed documents & payment from customer, and return to documents to Project Manager.
