The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of our childcare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role involves supervising children, assisting with early childhood activities, and maintaining a positive atmosphere that promotes learning and development. The successful applicant must have all necessary paperwork completed to start immediately. Duties Supervise and monitor children to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the day. Assist in implementing early childhood education activities that promote development and learning. Support staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming daycare environment. Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols. Engage children in age-appropriate play and educational activities to foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations of the daycare center. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's activities and needs. Requirements Prior experience working in a daycare center or similar childcare setting. Valid certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Strong child supervision skills with a caring and patient demeanor. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Must have all required paperwork completed to be able to start work immediately the next day. Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
