Lead Glazier — Residential Glass (Frameless Showers, Mirrors & Railings) Top Pro Glass LLC — Malvern, PA Full-time | $28-$36/hour (based on experience) About Us Top Pro Glass is a growing specialty glass company based in Malvern, PA, serving Chester County and the greater Philadelphia suburbs. We specialize in high-end residential work: frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors, glass railings, and interior glass partitions. We're a tight-knit team that takes pride in craftsmanship, clean installs, and treating customers' homes with respect. The Role We're looking for an experienced Lead Glazier to run residential installations from start to finish. You'll be the face of Top Pro Glass in customers' homes — leading a helper or apprentice, measuring and templating with precision, and delivering flawless frameless shower and custom glass installs. What You'll Do Lead residential installations: frameless shower doors and enclosures, custom mirrors, glass railings, and partitions Perform precise field measurements and templating for custom glass fabrication Install hardware, hinges, clamps, channels, and standoffs to exacting tolerances Cut, handle, and set glass safely, including heavy tempered panels Troubleshoot out-of-plumb and out-of-square conditions common in residential settings Mentor and direct an apprentice or helper on site Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and designers Maintain a clean job site, protect finished surfaces, and complete jobs with zero callbacks Keep company vehicle, tools, and materials organized and job-ready Document jobs in our field service software (HouseCall Pro) What We're Looking For 3+ years of glazing experience, with hands-on frameless shower installation experience strongly preferred Expert-level measuring skills — you know how to scribe, shim, and account for tile variance Comfortable handling heavy glass (75+ lbs with assistance) and working on ladders Own hand tools preferred; we supply specialty equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance and customer-first attitude — you'll be working in occupied homes Ability to pass a background check Reliable, punctual, and detail-obsessed Nice to Have Experience with glass railing systems (standoffs, base shoe, talon clamps) Mirror fabrication/installation experience Experience training or leading junior glaziers Familiarity with HouseCall Pro or similar field software What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $28-$36/hour based on experience and skill level Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle for job sites Steady, year-round residential work — no chasing storm damage or seasonal layoffs Clear advancement path in a growing company A team that respects the trade and invests in your growth Schedule Monday-Friday, full-time Occasional early starts; rare weekend work
