We install frameless shower doors, custom mirrors, glass railings, and glass partitions in some of the most beautiful homes in the region — and we're looking for a Lead Glazier who takes pride in flawless work. This isn't a "warm body" hire. We're building the best residential glass team in the Philadelphia area, and we pay like it. What You'll Do Lead installations of frameless shower enclosures, custom mirrors, glass partitions, and railings Field-measure and template custom glass orders with precision (fractions matter here) Run your job sites: manage quality, safety, and customer experience from arrival to walkthrough Mentor and develop junior glaziers and helpers on your crew Communicate with the office through our tech stack (HouseCall Pro) — jobs, photos, notes, schedules all in one place Represent Top Pro Glass in customers' homes with professionalism and care What We're Looking For 5+ years of glazing experience, with strong residential shower door and custom mirror work (15+ years? Read on — there's something extra for you) Expert field measuring — comfortable working in 1/16″ increments on out-of-plumb, out-of-level real-world conditions Experience leading a helper or crew on job sites Clean, careful work habits in occupied, high-end homes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass safely (with proper equipment and a partner) Bonus points for: frameless heavy-glass experience, glass railing systems, U-channel and standoff hardware, storefront/commercial background, or a finish-carpentry level of precision.
