Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry Level Shower Glass Installer/Helper to join our team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow within the construction and glass installation industry. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn! Duties Assist experienced installers with the installation of shower glass enclosures, doors, and related fixtures. Handle glass materials carefully, ensuring proper transportation and storage on job sites. Use hand tools and power tools to cut, measure, and assemble glass components accurately. Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to support installation tasks. Perform heavy lifting of glass panels, framing materials, and other construction components safely. Support the installation of drywall, trim carpentry, caulking, and other remodeling tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Must be physically capable of heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Basic understanding of construction concepts such as measurements, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation is a plus. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices preferred but not required. Experience in construction, carpentry, drywall installation, or handyman work is advantageous. Strong attention to detail for quality control during measurements and installations. Willingness to learn new skills related to glass materials handling, fabrication, and fixture installation. A positive attitude with good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
