What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of residential window and door installation experience Excellent and verifiable carpentry skills Established business entity — LLC/EIN, S-Corp, C-Corp, or Partnership 2-3 person crew preferred Own truck/trailer and necessary installation tools Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments in the field Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Professional communication and customer service skills Dependable and able to maintain a consistent installation schedule Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to meet applicable insurance requirements

What You'll Do:

Remove and replace residential windows Install products according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements Properly measure, fit, level, seal, insulate, and finish installations Identify and resolve installation challenges on-site Protect the homeowner's property and maintain a clean job site Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Communicate with project managers regarding job progress and any field concerns Deliver a professional experience from arrival through final completion If you're an experienced window installation contractor looking for consistent work, strong earning potential, and a steady project pipeline, we'd like to hear from you.
