Caulking Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for various tasks related to construction, fabrication, and assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and possess excellent maintenance person skills. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Install Insulated Glass Units
• Conduct caulking and sealing activities to ensure proper insulation and protection
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Conduct general maintenance person duties such as repairing fixtures, installing shelves,

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in glazing, fabrication, caulking, blueprint reading, door hanging, and general maintenance person tasks
• Strong carpentry skills with the ability to use hand tools effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
