Glazing Estimator & Service Coordinator

Job Summary Weber Glass, Inc. is seeking an experienced Glazing Estimator & Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid position requiring both evaluation fieldwork and office responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in glass, window, or door services and be able to independently measure and evaluate residential projects. Responsibilities Travel to local job sites to measure and evaluate: Single pane and insulated glass replacement Custom shower enclosures Vinyl window replacement Window balance repair/replacement Sliding glass door repair (glass, rollers, hardware) Follow up with customers regarding quotes and project details Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments Maintain organized job information and communicate with team members Requirements Minimum 5+ years experience in glass, glazing, windows, or doors ( required ) Ability to take precise field measurements without supervision Attention to detail Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and dependable Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Experience with custom shower enclosures and insulated glass units Familiarity with service/repair work (windows and sliding glass doors) Compensation Pay based on experience ($20-23 Hourly)

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
