We specialize in premium ceramic tint installations for clients across Orlando and Central Florida, including luxury, exotic, and daily vehicles. This role includes both in-shop work at our Winter Park location and mobile appointments . We are not looking for average installers. Responsibilities Install window tint on:

windshields side windows rear glass Work primarily with ceramic films Perform proper prep: deep glass cleaning lint and contamination removal Shrink rear glass cleanly (no fingers, no creases) Execute precision cuts and clean edges Deliver bubble-free, contamination-free installs Conduct final inspection before delivery Work in-shop and mobile appointments Maintain tools, workspace, and cleanliness Communicate professionally with clients Compensation $200 - $800+ per day Pay based on: quality of installs efficiency number of vehicles completed Top performers will scale quickly.
