We are growing and looking for a skilled, dedicated Expert Shower Door Installer to join our team. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shower Door Installer. The ideal candidate possesses expert-level knowledge in installing framed, frameless, semi-frameless, sliding, and hinged shower enclosures. While custom shower doors are the primary focus of this role, candidates should also have experience with—and be willing to perform—window and general glass replacement. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Accurately measure and assess job sites to determine precise installation requirements. Install framed, frameless, semi-frameless, sliding, and hinged shower doors according to manufacturer specs and industry best practices. Ensure level, plumb, and secure installation of all glass panels, hardware, and structural components. Cut, drill, and adjust glass panels as necessary on-site for custom fits. Apply sealants and waterproofing materials to ensure clean finish lines and leak-free containment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation challenges efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times. Communicate professionally with clients to provide exceptional service. Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly. Perform window and general glass replacement tasks as needed.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven, professional shower door installation experience.
Technical Knowledge:
Expert-level understanding of shower door hardware, glass handling, and custom measuring/installation techniques.
Tools:
Proficiency using precision measuring instruments, power tools, and hand tools.
Skills:
Ability to read blueprints/plans, troubleshoot on-the-fly, and deliver high-end finish work.
Licensing:
Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy glass panels.
General Glass:
