Valid Driver's License The Opportunity You will step into a high-impact sales role driving the growth of Montana's oldest and most respected window dealer. Operating from a proven platform built on technical excellence, you will leverage an uncapped commission structure to aggressively expand a high-value portfolio. You will have full authority to guide complex architectural projects and build lasting relationships with premier builders and homeowners across the region. How You Will Make an Impact Own and expand relationships with existing client accounts while driving targeted outreach to secure new luxury residential and commercial projects. Lead window and door opportunities through the full sales cycle, from early design discovery to final proposal negotiation and operational handoff. Translate architectural plans, elevations, and project specifications into precise, persuasive proposals aligned with strict profitability standards. Partner directly with architects, luxury homebuilders, and commercial contractors to recommend custom window solutions that fulfill complex design and budget goals. Protect gross profit margins using disciplined pricing strategies and sound commercial judgment. Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer records within company CRM and ERP systems. Represent the company brand professionally at jobsite visits, architectural presentations, and key industry networking events. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of documented success selling residential window and door products. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing complex project pipelines. Strong technical knowledge of residential window systems, glass options, hardware configurations, and installation requirements. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural plans, elevations, blueprints, and project schedules. Exceptional negotiation, margin management, and closing skills with high-end clientele and commercial decision-makers. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 20% within the assigned regional territory. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Additional experience selling commercial window systems and handling commercial project workflows. Established network of architects, custom builders, and luxury residential contractors throughout Montana and the Mountain West. Proficiency with industry-specific estimating software and integrated CRM/ERP platforms. Desire for upward career growth in industry-leading company Compensation & Benefits Base salary range of $88,000 to $112,000 with uncapped commission structures tied to gross profit.
