Job Description
Job Overview Extreme Window Film is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Window Film Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing a job right, and wants to learn a skilled trade. No previous window film experience is required — we are willing to train the right person! As a Window Film Assistant, you will work alongside our installation team on residential and commercial projects. Your primary focus will be assisting with window film installations, preparing job sites, maintaining tools and materials, and learning the skills needed to grow within the company. What You'll Do Assist with residential and commercial window film installations Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after installation Help measure, cut, and prepare window film and materials Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory Communicate professionally with team members and customers Follow company procedures and safety standards Learn the window film installation process and continue developing your skills Occasionally assist with other tasks as needed What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn a new skill and take direction Attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable working with your hands and being on your feet throughout the day Ability to lift and carry materials when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Previous construction, tinting, detailing, or installation experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Guaranteed minimum starting pay of $22 per hour Paid training — no experience necessary Holiday pay Vacation/PTO Health insurance program 401(k) coming soon Opportunities for growth and advancement A supportive team and a great work environment At Extreme Window Film, we are looking for more than just an employee — we're looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and become part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
