Job Summary:

The Lead Gutter Installer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutters and gutter guard systems for residential and commercial customers. This role manages projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality and safety standards. The Lead Gutter Installer coordinates with customers, oversees project timelines, resolves installation challenges, and delivers a best-in-class customer experience while maintaining high levels of craftsmanship and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all assigned gutter and gutter cover installation and repairs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Conduct on-site assessments and ensure provided estimates are for assigned gutter and gutter cover installation and repairs. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry standards. Coordinate with clients to address their needs and provide excellent customer service. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Perform quality control checks and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; notifying supervisor for repairs Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, goals as needed. May perform other duties as assigned

Previous gutter and guard guard installation Previous lead position or similar

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.
