Job Description

Overview The incumbent is responsible for assisting the installation manager in achieving 100% first pass yield results for installation, service and warranty. They must also comply with all OSHA regulations. Responsibilities Perform site inspections Scheduling work Verifying order accuracy Assisting service techs Staging materials Performing service and warranty tasks Valid license/ Satisfactory MVR Record as defined by 84 Standards Qualifications Ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate effectively with builders and installers; understanding product approvals and installation instructions; reading blueprints; effectively present information to others one-on-one. Ability to operate company software; General understanding of the product lines being installed; trouble shooting and repairing product in the field; perform water tests inspecting for leaks; understanding PPE and safety requirements. Ability to use discretion and independent judgment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communications skills Strong attention to detail
