This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of shutter and window treatment installations, delivering top-quality results that homeowners love. Responsibilities:

Lead and perform professional installation of shutters, blinds, and window treatments in residential and commercial settings Supervise and mentor junior installers on job sites to ensure quality and efficiency Take precise measurements and assess job sites prior to installation Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site Ensure all work meets company quality standards and manufacturer specifications Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in window treatment, shutter, or general installation work Proven ability to lead a crew or mentor other installers Strong knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to read measurements accurately and work with precision Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
